The Mixed-Use Development will contain 697 self-catered student apartments across two towers. The AUT Podium will comprise a ground level fitness centre, basketball court, retail spaces, a wellness centre and administration facilities.
Structure, services and fitout along with commissioning is scheduled to be completed within 26 months.
