VOCO HIE

INTRODUCTION

The VOCO-HIE development is a 38 storied building located at the corner of Albert and Wyndham Street in Auckland’s central business district. We have been commissioned by Icon NZ to prepare, monitor, update and report on the project programme.

The property will form part of a dual-branded development, VOCO Hotel and HIE (Holiday Inn Express) Hotel. This also includes a podium and sky lounge.

The two hotels will have separate entrances but will share facilities:

  • HIE hotel will occupy the lower floors and
  • VOCO will occupy the upper half

The project is being built by Icon NZ
