INTRODUCTION
Meridian Energy built a new windfarm on a hilly site close to the West Coast East of Raglan. We were employed by Meridian to prepare, monitor, update and report on the construction programme.
The project included building access roads to all the windmill sites, building windmill foundations in preparation for the erection of the windmills and cabling for links to the national grid.
