INTRODUCTION
Sky City contracted Fletcher Construction to build the first casino in New Zealand. We were commissioned by Fletcher to assist with the overall and detailed programming which included regular monitoring and programme updates.
The complex includes a six level basement carpark, casino levels, two hotels and the iconic 328m high Skytower.
The Casino, carparking levels and hotels were completed and ready for opening within 2 years with the Skytower opening one year later.
