INTRODUCTION
Mainzeal were contracted by Sky City to construct a new casino in the main street of Hamilton. We were commissioned by Arrow International to monitor, and report on the contractor’s programme. We were also required to expedite the ongoing documentation process to avoid the delays to the construction programme.
