INTRODUCTION
The Pacifica Apartments development is a 57 storied apartment and hotel complex currently being built by Icon NZ on Commerce St. We have been commissioned by Icon NZ to prepare, monitor, update and report on the contract programme.
A hotel will trade in the lower seven levels.
It is the first building in NZ which is using a full floor plated jump form to build the structure.
