INTRODUCTION
Arrow International were the project managers for the construction of a new roofed stadium in Dunedin. We were commissioned to prepare an overall programme for the documentation and construction phases of the project.
We monitored and reported on documentation progress before undertaking regular reviews for Arrow on construction progress by Hawkins Construction.
