INTRODUCTION
As part of the current conference centre development for Sky City, Fletcher is building a hotel on Hobson St. We have prepared the contract programme and are monitoring, updating, and reporting on the programme.
After the major fire in October 2019 the project build is temporarily on hold while the insurers are assessing damages/claims.
