INTRODUCTION
Everil Orr expanded their Retirement Village in Mt Albert. We were commissioned by Airedale Property Trust to review the contractors programme, monitor and report on the progress.
We were commissioned for Building 5.
The complex will eventually house more than 150 elderly residents.
