INTRODUCTION
A new suburban expressway was built to relieve congestion in the Mt Wellington / Panmure area. Fletcher commissioned us to prepare the tender and construction programmes and to monitor and report on the construction programme.
The project included building a new railway station west of Panmure with busways linking along the Ellerslie / Panmure Highway.
